Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are moving on -- Ben has moved out of the guest house and seems to be getting serious with GF Lindsay Shookus.
But apparently their divorce is not moving forward at all!

According to documents obtained by The Blast, the couple have been dragging their feet so much -- the legal proceedings began way back in 2016 -- that the court is telling them to get on with it or else, commanding:
"If you fail to take the appropriate steps in your case, the court may dismiss your case for delay in prosecution."
Their divorce may get canceled by the court altogether?? Cray!
So what is taking them so long to finalize details of their settlement? No one seems to know.
Time will tell if it's a disagreement they just can't come to terms on -- or something else...
We just hope this doesn't get ugly like another Hollywood power couple we could name!
