Mnuchin grilled over IRS draft memo

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin tells the House Financial Services Committee that he did not see a draft IRS memo that determined that President Trump's tax returns must be surrendered to Congress unless the President opts to invoke executive privilege until it was reported in the Washington Post.
