Petraeus: Syria decision is ethnic displacement of the Kurds

During an interview with CNN's Jake Tapper, former CIA Director David Petraeus states that the decision to pull US troops out of Syria would entail an ethnic displacement of the Kurds, and potentially develop into ethnic cleansing.
