Trump campaign hopes to have it both ways with racial rhetoric

Two weeks after a Republican National Convention packed with minority speakers programmed in large part to convince voters President Donald Trump is not racist, the President is digging into cultural battles streaked with racial overtones with the clear aim of exploiting the grievances of White voters.
