Was Cowboys’ addition of Brandin Cooks influenced by the 2023 WR draft class?

                The 2023 wide-receiver draft class is full of slot receivers. The Cowboys love playing CeeDee Lamb in the slot and needed an outside receiver. Is that why they added Brandin Cooks?
