A suspect charged in the shooting of Lady Gaga’s dog walker was mistakenly released

One of the men charged in the shooting of Lady Gaga's dog walker last year was mistakenly released from police custody Wednesday because of a "clerical error," the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department confirmed to CNN.
