Crackdown begins on ‘ghost guns’

New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal announced the first criminal charges in the state brought against those trafficking so-called "ghost guns" - guns assembled from kits purchased online that are not registered and do not have serial numbers. CNN's Polo Sandoval reports.
