Dodgers’ Betts gets injection for bone spur in hip

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said outfielder Mookie Betts, who has had an injection to alleviate the pain for a bone spur in his right hip, will try to play through the injury when he resumes baseball activities and then address it following the season.
