False emergency sirens went off in Hawaii

Someone accidentally set off emergency sirens in Hawaii ... again. Officials say it happened during a Honolulu Police Department training. In 2018, an employee of the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency accidentally sent out a ballistic missile alert, causing panic across the region.
