GOP council member explains why she fought for mask mandate

City council member Susan Tjarks from Mitchell, South Dakota, says her community's struggle with the coronavirus led her to push for a mask mandate. Tjarks said the issue of requiring a mask was the most divisive she's seen on the council, but since the mandate was put in place, Covid-19 cases in her town have fallen drastically.
