Malone: Late-arriving shoes not why Nuggets lost

Some Denver players on Saturday took the court before the Nuggets' 119-108 loss to the Lakers in Game 4 of the first round, without any shoes because of a mix-up in getting insoles onto the early bus to the arena, according to a team spokesman.
