Mom speaks out after 14-year-old daughter fatally shot by LAPD

Valentina Orellana-Peralta was shopping with her mother for a Christmas outfit in North Hollywood. LAPD officers shot and killed an assault suspect who was attacking a woman with a bicycle lock, when a stray bullet struck and killed Orellana-Peralta.
