OKC’s Westbrook (ankle sprain) out Wednesday

X-rays and further examination of Russell Westbrook's ankle confirmed it was nothing more than a sprain, but he has been ruled out for the Oklahoma City Thunder's game Wednesday against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He'll be re-evaluated Thursday.
