Opinion: Make it a turning point for accountability

When I was in high school and working in retail after school, I was sexually harassed. Among other unsettling moments, a manager repeatedly cornered me and asked for sexual favors. When I shared my story with other female coworkers, I found that I was not alone, that he had been doing things like this to several of us for some time.
