Pittsburgh synagogue shooting suspect arraigned, pleads not guilty

Tree of Life Synagogue shooting suspect Robert Bowers was arraigned in federal court Monday and pleaded not guilty to new hate crimes charges, a Justice Department spokeswoman said.
