READ: 58 ex-senior security officials rebuke Trump’s national emergency declaration

Fifty-eight former senior national security officials, both Democrats and Republicans, including former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, issued a statement saying "there is no factual basis" to support President Donald Trump's declaration of a national emergency on the US southern border.
