Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub has filed a temporary restraining order against her husband of three months Marty Caffrey following an alleged incident at her house.
According to an Us Weekly source, when the Bravolebrity arrived at her residence on Sunday, she noticed that her 66-year-old beau had "disabled the garage door so it wouldn't work when she pulled up." After opening one of the entrances, she "found her husband standing in her garage" who "appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, agitated and confrontational."

According to the order, when she entered her house, she heard a "disturbing noise" and "realized that several of her family portraits of her children and other sentimental framed photographs had been taken down causing her to be upset."
The source says Caffrey "took a bunch of Danielle's belongings and hid them in his car," which the police found after Caffrey called them. After the order was issued, Caffrey had "20 minutes to leave the house."
The temporary restraining order is active until the couple's court date on August 20.
