On Monday, the actress was indicted by a grand jury in the ongoing case, in which she's been hit with one felony count of cocaine possession. The Brave author has pled not guilty to the charge, claiming that she had been without the wallet for five hours before getting it back. She's even suggested that Harvey Weinstein may have had a hand in planting the drugs to damage her credibility in his sexual assault cases.

Her attorney Jose Baez said Rose is maintaining her innocence throughout this "selective prosecution," telling TMZ:

"Rose steadfastly maintains her innocence. These charges would have never been brought if it weren't for her activism as a voice for women everywhere. I assure you, this selective prosecution will be met with a strong defense."

If convicted, Rose can face up to a year in the slammer.
