Sources: Big Ten to invite Oregon, Washington

A vote by the Big Ten to send formal offer letters to Oregon and Washington -- which is expected to be unanimous -- would take place later Friday to formalize the two schools' admission, barring any last-minute snags, sources told ESPN.
