Sources: Rockets, Sefolosha reach 1-year deal

Thabo Sefolosha, a 13-year veteran who has averaged 5.9 points and 3.8 rebounds during his career, has agreed to sign with the Rockets, where he'll rejoin former teammates James Harden and Russell Westbrook.
