The rainy day strategy to fight global climate change

The sixth version of the IPCC climate report was released on Monday, and it predicts a dire future. Global warming is advancing dangerously and in ways that will change the lives of our children. The report is 1,300 pages of serious and well considered science. It -- or at least the executive summary -- should be required reading for everyone.
