Unfazed Manfred sees ‘progress’ in pitcher checks

Despite pitchers -- and even some managers -- around baseball voicing their opinions on the new on-field exams of pitchers, commissioner Rob Manfred remains steadfast in his commitment to the policy, saying things "have gone very well" in the first week.
