USDA worker: My 8-year-old asks when I go back to work

Army veteran and USDA worker Andrew Robinson wrote in an op-ed for CNN that he feels "personally betrayed" by the government shutdown, and added to CNN's Brianna Keilar that it's affecting his 8-year-old daughter too.
