UTEP QB Locksley facing DWI, marijuana charges

UTEP quarterback Kai Locksley faces multiple charges after his arrest in El Paso, Texas, according to jail records. The son of Maryland coach Mike Locksley, Kai Locksley has been suspended by UTEP, Miners coach Dana Dimel said in a statement.
