The Michigan prosecutor reviewing the shooting death of Patrick Lyoya, who was killed by a Grand Rapids police officer following a struggle during a traffic stop, is set to announce a decision Thursday afternoon on whether he plans to file criminal charges against the officer, the Kent County prosecutor's office announced today.
